Since 1987, Mr. Crowgey has amassed considerable experience in the practice area of corporate formation, including utilization of various forms of business entities, including Virginia corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and other forms of transacting business within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Mr. Crowgey’s practice includes turnkey business start up and operations, including filings with both state and federal authorities, obtaining taxpayer identification numbers, Subchapter S election and other support service. Mr. Crowgey acts as registered agent for over 100 companies and limited liability companies within the Commonwealth of Virginia and receives service of process, and assists in preparing and filing the corporations or limited liability companies annual reports, minutes and resolutions.
