Since 1987, Mr. Crowgey has amassed considerable experience in the practice area of business closings, including asset acquisitions, stock purchases and other more complicated reorganizations. Mr. Crowgey has drafted seller and purchaser side documents as well as supporting and reviewing of bank loan documents, transactional documents and sale and transfer for the purchase of closely held businesses.
Mr. Crowgey has worked with commercial lending departments of most major lending institutions here in the Richmond metro area. He has represented and acted as borrower’s counsel in providing opinions, advice and guidance in structuring transactions to the benefit of his clients.
